I was the project manager and chief designer of the Technology Licensing & Acquisition project funded by NIST/MEP. Nets, Inc. was awarded a contract by NIST/MEP to develop a system enabling secure, anonymous negotations in the technology forum.
I headed a team of seven people to develop this system, bringing together a range of skills including Notes/Domino, graphical design, language, and user-interface. My technical contributions were the overall system design, cryptographic and security issues, and some of the development in Notes/Domino using Lotus Script and Notes agents. Starting as a Notes neophyte, I became very familiar with the Notes/Domino environment and its strengths and weaknesses.
